If your parcel is being delivered to a UK or European address, yes you can.
Once you have placed your order with us, for delivery to a UK or European address, you're able to track your parcel from the minute it leaves our warehouse.
- we will email you once your parcel leaves our warehouse with a tracking link for our courier partner
- you can also log into your My Account section and view your orders with an order tracking link
- The courier will contact you by email and text message the night before your delivery, with a one hour delivery time slot for the following day
Not going to be in when your delivery is due? No problem, our courier will give you a variety of alternative delivery options:
- select an alternative delivery date
- choose to have your parcel delivered to a neighbour
- have the parcel left in a safe place
- collect the parcel from your nearest pickup shop
- upgrade your delivery to before 10.30am, before 12.00pm, afternoon delivery, Saturday or Sunday delivery

Told Delivery was today. courior not received parcel from hornby so should not send false information to customers
